sambo1 Posted November 20, 2009 Share Posted November 20, 2009 hi has anyone found that in the new game leadership (rightly so) has become vital, at notts county i have adam barret as captain with leadership of 19 and flew up from league 2, however hes not the greatest player so i decided to replace him but couldnt find a significant leader, got promoted and strugled early on, so come around november i decide to put barret back in at the expense of a better player and i start picking up good results again! be intresting to find out other peoples views on this Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Logically you're right though, in low levels where technique and skill are somewhat insignificant it's a question of team work under the right leadership. This requires further testing!
