Sell Players Easier?

I put some players on the transfer list, but they don't seem to be selling. Only being loaned out

Can anyone help?

Well you should consider offering them to clubs, or at least lowering your asking price.

If you set them to 'not needed' it should help too

Moving them to the reserves may have an effect too, depending on how popular your team is.

A lot of it depends on wages - if they're on astronomical wages for their ability then they're not going to get any interest because the vast majority are unwilling to take a paycut, and without that most teams for whom they'd be suitable for can't afford them. Assuming the Magpies in your nick refers to Newcastle, and also assuming you're playing them, then you just have to take a look at half the squad's wages and compare them to, say, Bristol City's - most top out around £10k/week for them, whereas Newcastle's go up as high as £70-80k/week! Never are they gonna consider losing out on that kinda cash.

As for remedies... there's not much you can really do. You've been screwed over by terrible management and a terrible board - but this is exactly what it's like in real life right now for Newcastle. Just gotta make do. Most of the Newcastle squad is still very capable for their level, so it's certainly not the be-all and end-all. Can certainly keep churning out results

I've found out that it's easier for me to sell players if I set their value to "unspecified", rather then determining it even if I set it ridiculously low. And the offers I get are still around market value of the player...
