Niall_The_Miller Posted November 19, 2009 Share Posted November 19, 2009 A few days ago my Steam decided to royally frick up and ever since I can't activate FM. The problem seems to be that it's convinced I'm not connected to the internet. On activating Steam, it says 'updating' without any progress and eventually aborts. I've tried disabling my firewall, I've unplugged the ethernet cable and re-plugged, I've uninstalled Steam and re-installed it yet the problem persists. Having decided it's time to give up, I was just wondering if there was any way of running FM without Steam? If not, it's a bit ridiculous that I can pay for a game and then the software that runs it simply fail and prevent me from playing :-( Thanks Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
