loading extra players ?

hi, when you first start the game you used to be able to load players form leagues you had not selected, from the African leagues for example, now not only can i not see any teams form that area for example apart from south africa i cannot see where to load the players from Cameroon, Nigeria etc.

am i just blind or has it been move or removed?

I believe that when you choose the database size you can choose 'custom' then select which players to add based on reputation
