Snaps Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 Please help, half my team is worried about the lack of discipline and I dont really understand why. In 2 seasons, I only had 2 red cards, and I didnt bother fining the player. On the last occasion, 7 players said they are worried about the lack of discipline. So I had another red card now, the guy had 2 yellows, so I fined him for a week. Next thing you know he hates me and thinks the fine was unfair! So my question is, how do I deal with discipline? How shall I allocate my fines? Lets say: 1) A straight red card = 2 week fine? 2) Two yellows = 1 week fine or warning? 3) Poor performance = Warning? How do you deal with fines? DaveTheGaff Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 Hmm i dont fine people for red cards only for poor performances, and i have never had this problem :S I wonder if it also has somthing to do with team talks, may be you being easy on them when they play poor? I usually issue him warnings and when I fine him he complains of unfair treatment. It really is annoying because the guy shows very little discipline and then complains when he gets what he deserves.
