Alizzle Posted November 16, 2009 Share Posted November 16, 2009 Hi, In FM it is only possible to declare to the press that a player is promising or have a big potential etc... about plkayers that are not in team we're coachig. I think it would be interesting if we could also have the possiblity to declare to the press that a player of our team, e.g. one of the -20, that he's promising sothat it motivates him to progress. Fall Ark Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 And of course we need more variations of ways in dealing with our own players, like "you've got huge potential but unless you can be more disciplined that potential ain't gonna be realized" and "to break into the first team you must train harder / first perform well in a loan deal" etc..
