Board restrict to only 2 coaches!?

Hello fellow Managers!

For my first ever post in these forums I have a question regarding coach limitation.

I'm playing KR in Iceland top division, trying for Champ. League glory...

But I have a problem not being allowed more than 2 coaches, other teams in the league with lower reputation, worse finances have more coaches.

KR is at the moment a semi-proffesional team with £500K in finances, started out in the red. Most of my squad is on full-time contracts.

So when can i hire more coaches? And when do the club turn proffesional?

Maybe because iceland, as a complete nation, is going out of business. You should consider yourself happy you're getting paid as manager over there.

i am only allowed 1 coach, 1 fitness coach nd 1 physio :confused: i want at least 2 of th fitness and physio coaches, plus at least 3 youth coaches, really annoying me

tbh, fm requires you to have too many coaches to get a half decent coaching set up, i cant think of too many clubs that have 10 or so first team coaches, plus a similar number of yth coaches

So when can i hire more coaches? And when do the club turn proffesional?

You could always use the editor to alter your reputation, finances and give yourself more coaches. Obviously you'd have to start a new game for this to work though. Alternatively you could use an editor like fmrte which would allow you to make these changes on your current game. You can get more information and a like about fmrte from the editors hideaway.
