FrazT
Find your save game in the SI folder in your Documents folder and save it onto disc or a USB stick. Then install the game onto the new machine, click on load game and browse to the save game. Once found, save it again and it will be back on your hard drive. TheRiddler
Question: why do you have to uninstall it first? It's possible to have it installed on 2 machines (especially if you use Steam). I mean I hope I'm not breaking any copyright laws, but I have it installed on two laptops (for my own use only), and can't see I'm doing anything wrong... Of course if you are selling the desktop it makes sense to erase all your data anyway, but that's a seperate issue.
Whirlwind
Go into My Documents and copy the entire Sports Interactive folder onto a USB flashdrive or something, then after you install FM on the new computer put it back in the same place. Your saved game, tactics, training schedules etc are all there.
