Two questions about my current game

1. I'm in my second season, and I keep getting reports that my team is overawed by teams with a higher reputation. I can see how this would make sense if we were a small club, but I'm managing AC Milan. I have made a lot of changes in the squad, but I still have players like Gattuso, Pirlo, Ambrosini, Nesta, etc around. They have played plenty of games against big clubs, so I have a hard time making sense of this. There are young and relatively inexperienced players in the squad as well, but they all have international experience. Any suggestions for how to change this?

2. I recently bought a new central defender, Federico Fazio, and he keeps getting himself booked:

This doesn't make much sense to me, as he hardly got a yellow card at his old club. I have tried to look at his individual settings, but I can find nothing there that indicates that he should be getting booked in every game he plays.

Any ideas about what I can do and/or what is causing this?

PPM?? ask to train 'stay on feet when tackling'?

His aggression attribute is high at 16- you will need to retrain his as was said above.
