AlbanianVictimAgain
Hi, have searched for this so apologies if I have missed it. I see that it says you have to have the disk in at all times if you install using the disk. I like to play cds when I'm playing and on other versions it was possible to take the disk out once the game was loaded. Why does it need to be in drive? Secondly, I wanted to install on my desktop and laptop - desk for home play, laptop for when I'm stuck at work between shifts. If I install via steam and the code on my laptop, will the game then not install on the desktop using the disk? Will I need the disk to boot up the game on the laptop if I use steam? Thanks, this steam thing confuses me somewhat. ***Tried twice to put this into 2010 technical forum, when I click post it keeps going to 2009 bugs forum.. So here it goes.. Sorry. rinso
If you install via steam, you do NOT need the disk in the drive to play the game. Not sure about installing on both machines, will have to leave that one to someone else I'm afraid!
trekman
If you have steam installed on both laptop and desktop then you wont need the disk.
