fraknorkasabian
What does the First Team Coach do? I had one in '09 without ever figuring it out and just signed one in my '10 game.
thegr8anand
Like it says when you are making an offer to sign them, First-team coach only train and work with senior players(players not on youth contracts).
fraknorkasabian
I was thinking it was a specialist position, like the Assistant Manager. So from what you're saying does that mean I can just sign a bunch of "First Team Coaches" ?
thegr8anand
Yup. First-team coach, Coach, Fitness Coach and GK coach are all different types of coaches. Your club tells you how many total coaches you can have. I generally prefer signing only as Coach as they train youths as well.
Paolo
For me i normally sign ONE First Team Coach, ONE Youth Coach, ONE GK Coach & ONE Fitness Coach. If you are then allowed to sign more coaches (Smaller teams limit the amount of coaching staff you can have) i bulk it out with a bunch of coaches.
