Dilemma????Advice needed

So I took up the Arsenal job going into the fourth season. Wenger had retired after leading them to the last two titles, and a runners up spot in the CL. Despite them being my favourite team, I really haven't felt as interested or motivated by the job as I did trying to establish Newcastle in the PL, or improve Valencia's mid-table floundering.

It's likely to be because the high expectations meaning everything I do is possibly par for the course, and so I don't feel like there's a big goal for me, unlike keeping Newcastle up.

After four seasons, I finally got the job, but I'm really tempted to resign and take up a job at a big club having seasons of mediocrity e.g. AC Milan, or to go lower league in England, and bring up a club. What do you think?

I agree. But on the other hand if you leave arsenal i'm fairly sure they wont take you back again down the line if you wanted to go back there

To be honest if I did want to go back, I would start a new save.
