Opposition Instructions

I have only just noticed that when I set my instructions for the opposition more times than not it only lets me pick certain instructions, for example if i set a striker to hard tackling show onto left, all the other players will be set to that in there team, I cant help but think this is obviously a bug?...Also I have to click team talk twice to progress certain times, not sure if these are known but thought I better say them incase.
