I know I can choose to do it if one of my backroom staff suggests it, but how do I do it off my own back as I can't seem to find the options ? I play with Fulham and would like to ask Zamora to play with his back to goal just like IRL but I can't find out how to ask him to do this ? Also, how to I ask a young player to learn from an older one ? Again, I've been able to do this in the past but can't find the options to set this up now ?
