Last question from me i swear 2night ;p.About havin a player learn from another playe

I thought that say you have a good young defender and a really good defender in same position but a bit older, say j.evans and rio ferdinand. Would it be a good idea to tell evans to learn from rio ferdinand or should this action only be used in certain cases.

Please leave any comments on this as i would like to hear what people think of this.

n.b-im not sure what cases i might be referring to exactly though, u know. This action might be best used or only used in certain situations/instances.

i find the main benefit is the mentality of the player, like a young player may be out spoken etc after learning from a model professional his may change and become more media friendly, level headed etc etc. I dont think the stats will change greatly from playing alone
