La Furia Roja Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 it depends on his stats, there isnt really a set age, the reserve team is there so you can be giving your older fringe players and your upcoming players more match time to improve stats as they will train with the 1st squad. Management Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 I'd say the minimum age I'd sell a reserve team player would be 21ish depending on thier stats and the AssMans assesment of him is. prior to that, I might try loaning him out for a couple just to see how he develops. cap'njack Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 I never have anyone over the age of 24 in my Reserve Team (unless they are there for match fitness) if by that age they have developed well then they are in my first team squad for rotation...if not they are sold off to the highest bidder/released.
