National Team Player Report Bug

After installing the patch and getting the Russian national team post, I saw that my coach was assigned to scout the Russian Premier Division and give me reports on the players. The problem is that, when reports come in, and I want to see them, I apparently can't.

I click on "View Assignments" option in the news item, but the cursor changes to the ball (the ball which appears when game is loading something) and it just stays like that, until I click on something and change the menu I'm viewing.

Any advices?

BTW: I can see the report when I click on the "Reports" tab on the profile of the player.
