Whipping the team into order

I've recently taken control of Racing in Spain, they're about 11th and not doing too great. Anyway almost daily since I got there one member of the team or other has said to the press that he thinks the team is under performing. Aye ok fair enough I can agree with that but must they come out every single day? Can I not have an option of telling the team to shut it or at least give them a warning for blabbing to the press. Would Alex Ferguson stand for Carrick or Brown going to the press once a week saying that they think Man U aren't doing as good as they could because they're not top of the EPL?
