baker.simon
Quick question. If i get one of my senior players to tutor a youngster, is the quality of tutoring affected by the senior player playing in more games? I mean, if the senior player is starting most games, will his tutoring be more effective than if the same senior player was sitting on the bench or in the reserves? Im trying to weigh up a benefit of keeping an older player as just a tutor, but if he needs games to be more effective then i'll have to ship him out. No room for sentiment in my squad! Jamie.W
Nope. I bought Inzaghi and Sol Campbell back to my club as they mainly served as Tutor, but they never played a single formal match under my mgmt, their students could also benefit alot from masters... fastandloose
I think the only thing that matters is the determination/ppm's/mental and hidden attributes of the tutorer. Although having said that, in FM09 when I had Terry tutoring Mancienne I played them together whenever I could in the league cup/meanigless fixtures etc and I've never seen such a rapid improvement so I think playing them together may help.... Arsenal_Fan_1986
I'm almost certain playing them in matches together does help but it may not be a must.
