How to clear cache?

How do I clear the FM cache?

I recently changed to a new skin, but now there is a white background with white text, so everything is illegible!

It says in the thread. I think (if i remember correctly) you just open Notepad and copy and paste the following:

</record>

Save it into your skins folder i think.
