"After x games" clause when selling

Playing as Spurs I have a lot of clauses to pay for when various players reach 10, 20 or more games. Some players even have multiple clauses so that I will have to pay when they've played e.g. 15, 30, 45 and 60 games.

Now I'm selling one of my young keepers and thought I would try and make a deal with such a clause with mutiple tiers but this doesn't seem possible, or is it somehow? It looks like I can only use each of the clauses once when creating the terms...

Anyone know if what I want to do can be accomplished in some way?

I think only pre-created clauses can be done in this manor.
