Press conference (players get not boosted no matter what you say)

I had noticed on my Arsenal save that if you buy a player and decide for a press conference, that no matter what you say about the player that you just bought, he will be somehow not happy with what you said

For example, started a game as Spurs (just as test) and bought Otamendi and Vukcevic, I got this question;

Clearly Otamendi is not happy with that, but what did I say wrong, I said I probably ask for a teammate (Woodgate) to help him with the language barrier, I mean whats wrong with that?

And on my Arsenal I that you get a lot of times a question like' You have just signed .... do you think it will be difficult for him to be fully concentrated on his new club since he had such a great band with his old?

If you say yes the player in question with be irritated, but if you say no also. Its very strange, if you say something nice or supportive about a new signing they get not boosted.

So how can you get a player happy? What to say when presenting him to the press?
