I only ask because my team (Southend) which is without doubt the best team by miles in League one, is just not performing and is in fact getting worst imho. I'm playing a 442 with 6 players worth over £1 million in League One. When i compare the teams i'm playing against, i should be killing them. In my third season with Southend.
