Windowed mode not responding

Why is it, almost everytime I click continue when I'm on windowed mode the screen goes black and "not responding". Is this a known bug? It comes back to the normal FM screen after a while but it's highly annoying.

Try updating your graphics card drivers and direct x.

i get it aswell just leave it it is responding and will be back to normal afterwards
