Steam Activation To Get New Update

I've been through the threads and found the same old problems with Steam - none of us can activate our FM2010 game if we purchased it from there.

I'm trying to find out why we can't activate our games, and then hopefully how we can activate them.

I've read that I can only get the patches if my game is activated, and I can't do that so I have to have the version whihc has its faults.

Please can one of the moderators or somebody from Steam please help us!
