Goffyb Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 Im playing in the Australian League. My Board will only approve me to scout teams within the Oceania Region.. However they do say they are prepared to allow the scouting of players in the following countries: England, Brazil, Holland, Sth Korea, Argentina, Greece, Italy, Scotland, Belgium, Croatia and Germany... However when i try to scout players, teams, or competitions in these Areas it will not let me... Anyone have any ideas why??? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
