Silly Question (I am sorry)

Guys,

I am wandering if I have made a silly mistake. Having just purchased this year's game I have decided to use the steam version as my installation option. In hindsight, that in itself is not practical.

Can I ask, what happens if I am playing a game and suddenly my online connection crashes - does that mean I will lose all data from the previous save game point?

Also, if I am then experiencing further issues getting online, that I will not be able to play?

Please help and I am sorry if this is in the wrong place or the answer is obvious.

nope as long as you tell steam to remember your long in details and set steam to offline mode you will be fine
