Konrad0611 Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 Not a big deal but strange all the same. I have Ruud Van Nistelrooy set as my penalty taker at Celtic. I got a penalty but instead of Ruud taking it, Marc-Antoine Fortune took it and scored his hat-trick. My question is did Fortune ignore my team instructions becuase he was on a hat-trick? If a player has scored 2 goals the game will temporarily ignore your chosen penalty takers and allow the player on 2 goals the oportunity to complete his hattrick. This was mentioned in the blogs. Pretty sure it happens all the time no matter what. It might be a good idea to add something to the touchline shouts saying you want your regular penalty taker to take the penalty in these situations.
