JiggyDempsey
Right I have a youth coach and Man City wont give up the chase. I already have him on the highest wage possible for a youth coach. He is the manager of my u19 team and he has the following personal: 100% - Youth Development, Club Players Knowledge & Recruitment 90% - Squad Management 80% - Man Management 55% - Tactical & Training I'm not worried about his lack of tactical of training as his ability to recruit and develop youth players is what I'm after and this guy is one of 3 with 20/20 JPA & 20 WWY and the only youth coach in my game with these stats My club is geared towards youth development because of the facilities I have. If I offer his a coaching job, does that make his work with youth less effective in anyway?
backpackant
Can you promote him to regular coach, but keep him with the same responsibilities?
