Cheers, Brad Pretty much what it says on the tin mate. Stay at the same club & don't be excessively busy in the transfer market, for instance if you continually replace 1st team players @ every opportunity this rating will go down. Or if you take a new job each season, then replace the whole team this will lower your rating. At least i think that is what it means. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
