Else, just set yourself a challenge and try to stay within it. You can set yourself targets regarding transfer money (say, for eg, you cant spend more than 5 or 10M on any 1 player) or in terms of more home players (say 8 English players by season 2 in the Arsenal first-team squad) etc. Just makes the game more interesting that way.
