Go to your new assistant manager and double check that his staff role IS assistant manager (sometimes you can accidentally check 'coach' or another roler when you hire a staff member). Also, when you search for a players and create a filter, are you able to check 'ask assistant to filter out unrealistic targets', or is it greyed out? Pickel Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 I have the same problem - but my assistant has been the same ever since I started the game. Haven't changed him or anything. TheUnderdog Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Looking at the players' condition, I assume your screen shows the pre-match team talk? If so, do you have a scout looking at the next opposition? If not, perhaps that's why he has no prior information to give you. Have you checked assistant manager and backroom advice?
