S-M-B Posted June 4, 2008 Share Posted June 4, 2008 Hi everyone. After having some problems with football manager 2008 i decided to reinstall the game again. But after the reinstall, it said: The install was succesful, but there was some serious problems, And i should look for further informations in the installationslog. And i couldn't find this "installationslog" so i just clicked confirm and the game began to start up. I got into the main menu and pressed new game. The second after i pressed new game, a box popped up and said: Could not load the database. So my question is. If there is anyone familiar with this problem, and/or know how to solve it, please tell me. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I should imagine that the installations log will be in C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008 or similar. Have you tried: Uninstalling the game Deleting all the Folders pertaining to the installation (in Program Files, My Documents and Application Data) Reinstalling the game?
