Editor Suggestion-Filter>Add to current db

Now XML has been incorporated things are 'easier'.

I have a nice suggestion to replace "large" "medium" etc (or an alternative) perhaps in the db we could filter all players PA 150+ all -8's and 9's in the db then all English players with rep of 50+ and a "select all" tick system chooses them for whatever db/save I am playing

this way we can control what players are loaded in regards to the kind of save we have (i.e mainly playing the british isles etc)

Another reason for this is due to a problem i've had upgrading Derek Adiyiah, i moved him to a -9 but the game won't load him, even if i put his rep to 200....this way I can select who the game loads without selecting a whole nation
