In previous games someone published a list it went along the lines of Strength (Determination+Motivation+Discipline)*2 + Fitness training *8 270+ = 7 star 240-270 = 6 star etc It allowed you to figure out what stars a staff member would have on a training regime? Also does anyone know of any staff that are unattached or easily moved and worth gaining? I'm Celtic so someone who would come to Celtic, I'm particularly looking for scouts Second question was I've just put all my players on the training programs divided by position including youth players, is that going to cause them problems in development? and because they use the same coaches can I just get rid of all my youth coaches? and finally where is the best source for tactic files? and any tactics that are reccomended?
