Paolo Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Well the first time it happened to me, the best player who says it, or first play who says it, i asked him if he could recommend backroom staff. i then signed the coach and it seemed to disappear. Drazkul Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Could be that you have a lot of unhappy players and its causing the moral of the others to go down. I had it once when i had way too many players so quite a few got unhappy at lack of play time so i got rid of some of the unhappy players and the harmony got a lot better afterwards. Robhug Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 new contracts works a treat, but comes at a price. they are far too quick to get unhappy tho, im on a 10 match unbeaten run and at least 6 of the squad are unhappy with the harmony. Koki Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Some of my players became unhappy when I didn't praise them after a friendly match win. (feels you aren't giving the team enough credit). The rest of the players became unhappy because the other players were unhappy (lack of harmony). That's really annoying.
