dirtyscarab
So I'm getting really stuck in to FM10 (and bleedin' loving it, I might add) and this actually is something that goes back to FM09 that I've been wondering about for a while now: How on earth do we act upon our Assistant Manager's feedback @ halftime? Here's a screenshot to demonstrate: It's half time during a pre-season friendly and I'm doing well! These are some key points my lovely assman has suggested I act upon: Player x would like to play at less tempo. Player y would like to play less directly. Player z would like to close down the opposition less. Good advice, but I was wondering how you would all act upon this information. Do you change the whole team's way of playing just to please an individual or do you come up with some sort of compromise? If so what would that compromise be? Feedback on this, and how YOU act upon your half time suggestions are most welcome!
Buckley0002
I normally tell that player to harden up (i wish you could) i don't change the formation as after a while they will get used to and play to your tactics its all about patience
The Vet
I always ignore him, and as always - I know best.
Eles Gergo
Sometimes i change to accommodate the players needs, but when i want control football and good defense ( usually with every lower league team) then i don't bother he's stats are so poor that it won't make a big difference.
