Transfer List by Request

i see the issue remains where if a player transfer lists by request he is offered to every club of his in-game value but this is pretty much ludicrous because if it's a half-decent player who would normally sell for say, £15m but his ingame "value" is 4m, no club despite obviously allowing for some reduction in an asking price is going to offer him around for 4m, at the very least it'd be 1/2 of the original 'price' at 7.5m, surely.

i've seen various such as toulalan offered at 7 (he will not go for anything below 20~ normally, and more irl tbh), capoue just now for 4.5m even though his asking price previously had been 12 minimum when i scouted him literally 2 weeks ago in-game. robinho went for £12m (his value) when i can't see him going at a loss from those arab riches to what they paid (£32.5), really. best one was benzema i managed to snatch for 6.5m when he was offered for his value in FM09.
