Installed ok, and received email advising of the unlock code/serial number which is 9 digits long, but apparently its an invalid license key format. Riffraff Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 Not sure about FM, but with other applications, when you get an 'incorrect format' error when typing in an activation code, then the most likely reason is that you either missed a special character, a space or typed in a key, which is not long enough. I remember I struggled last year with activating FM09, because the code I got was printed in cursive, on the back of the booklet and on top of that contained a couple of 0's, O's, 1's and l's.
