Matt ex SEGA Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 A few suggestions that fix most crashes; - Update graphics and sound card drivers. - Update DirectX. - Update Java. If you need some help on this then have a read of the FM10 FAQ thread in this forum. After that - try posting some more information about your computer in the technical forum, or contact SEGA Customer Services - details are in your manual.
