When I add 20 Non Playable leagues the game speed still stay on 3 stars even if I select all the available nations. Is this correct ? I would like to know if a NON PLAYABLE league will affect the speed of the game? Can I take 1 league playable for example England and al the orther nation Non Playable without affecting the speed?
