Not enough players trained by the club for Euro Cup

I managed to qualify for the Euro Cup with Sheffield United by winning the League Cup. Its come round to the registration screen and I've not got enough players who were trained by the club. Is there any way to get round it as I cannot proceed through the game?

Leave empty spots instead, they should 'fill' the places you don't have enough for.
