All of those issues start when one person is unhappy and he makes someone else unhappy, suddenly 2 or 3 people are unhappy and everyone gets the 'lack of harmony' banner and makes eveyone else unhappy. All of which (in my experiance) is caused by making one or two players unhappy (Accidentally or by being stupid). So which part of my post was immature?
