mlyons Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 It looks to me like FM 2010 isn't allowing passive offsides. Any time I see a pass go past the defense when an attacker is an offside position, I'm seeing the referee immediately call the play offside, without regard to whether or not the pass is anywhere near the offside player. This isn't in line with FIFA rules, and it's also a change from FM 2009. Anyone else seeing this? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Scored a nice goal from a cross where the scorer was perfectly on side but my other striker was offside but not interfering with play at all and ref ruled the goal out for offside. :/ Was a friendly and I won 4-0 though so didn't really care but this is an issue.
