However, the player in question is only 22 - isn't that a bit young to assume a position as role model for younger players. I suppose teen players could look up to a 5-6 years older player, but wouldn't it make more sense if they looked up to a fully developed and experience player. I reckon the role model thing is linked to his personality description as professional, but I think the scout report ought to use a different wording than role model for a 22 year old.
