advice on leagues to use

Guys, I'm looking for a fairly longterm career on here, probably 10-15 seasons, and I know I want the MLS, Brazil, England, Spain, and Italy for sure. The top 2 leagues of each of those. I'm also maybe looking for one of the asian nation leagues, and a couple more of the good smaller nations from Europe. I'd like to have about 8 or 9 nations total with about 20 leagues or so. Can anybody give me a good league setup to get a nice mix in the game. I want to start as a lower league manager with a team that has a real good chance of promotion in the first year. I thought maybe a Brazilian squad, but I'm finding it hard to get accepted for a job in Brazil. So can anybody help me out? I'd like to get start as soon as possible. Thanks.
