Because in my previous games when I've took control of Forest from the start of the game and the managers never get another job. Rohkey Posted October 29, 2009 Share Posted October 29, 2009 I thought about that a lot as well, when you join your team there is now one unemployed manager and also one less spot for managers, meaning there could be trickle-down effect in managers.
