wazza
My game has just arrived and I was wondering if you choose not to activate via steam and play with the disc in do you still download the patches from the si download section as prior steam was used. Also once youve installed the game can you connect it to steam later so that the patches automatically download
gareth250480
i believe you have to do the patches yourself but i am not 100% on this. its pretty easy to do. just a case of downloading them, unzipping them using winzip or winrar and then running the .exe file. only take a couple of minutes once downloaded. bell
You can download the patches as you normally would. Links will be posted as and when released. Of course you still link the game to Steam when it launches on there tomorrow and have it patched via Steam instead. Basically, you choose.
Basketcase
Steam = auto patch non steam (disc in drive) = manual patching You also get xbox360 type achievments if you use steam + an fm09 style skin
