dirtyscarab
You can also create a shortcut and pop it on your desktop. Go to C / Program Files / Sports Interactive and then find the FM10.exe file and right click on it and select 'create a shortcut'. Then just move the shortcut to your desktop. Seen quite a few posts like this already. Seems like the boxed version isn't creating desktop shortcuts on install...

Gauvner
Good on you i felt slighty disheartened when i uninstalled FM09 last night. I did keep the save games if i ever want to go back. I grow so emotionally attached to saves its untrue.
bigdunk
If you're on Vista (or Windows 7, I presume), it will be in the games explorer. Click Start and then Games and FM will be in there somewhere.
Gauvner
If you're on Vista (or Windows 7, I presume), it will be in the games explorer. Click Start and then Games and FM will be in there somewhere. That acts as a shortcut created by the game. Just like a desktop link, which also doesnt work. The only way around it was what PW said in my link aswell as Dirtyscarab.
