Do the stars ratings or ca make for the best coaches

I've decided to finish my FM09 game and had look at it using genie scout to see the abilities were of players and staff. The staff at my club surprised me, i had 2 6 star coaches who had a ca of 120-135. I also had several staff with a ca of 160-180 however these staff only had 4 stars in any one training area.

Does anyone know which makes for a better coach?

Depends on the type of training you're employing them within, and the specific stats of the coach. For example, a coach may have 190 CA but not have any stats above 18, the stats will just be higher overall.
